Rick Markello has about twenty years of experience with physician groups in multi-specialty, single-specialty, academic, hospital-based, and private practice settings, in both not-for-profit and for-profit environments.

He has over thirty years in healthcare organizations including hospitals, HMOs, insurers, and state government. He has worked as a Chief Administrative and Financial Officer (CAFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and as a policy advisor, with experience in start-ups, mergers, integration, and financial turn-arounds.
